June Cocktail Recipe - Summer Heat!

Summer is here and it's time to celebrate all the grads and Dads! This's month's recipe is dedicated to the man who made it all possible - he's large and in charge, whether at the grill or behind the bar. So let's raise a glass to Dad with this month's cocktail, which we call the Summer Heat. Just like dad, it's tropical sweetness up front with just a bit of spicy goodness looking back on you to keep you on your toes! Enjoy this with your pops before a plate of baby back ribs or after dinner with a fine cigar. Salud!

Summer Heat - makes 1 serving

2 oz Rye, Bourbon, or Tennessee whiskey
2 oz pink grapefruit juice
2 oz cranberry juice
1 1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 packet PartiStartr™
1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 dash Tabasco® sauce to taste
Lime wedge for garnish

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker 1/2 filled with ice. Shake well - pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with lime wedge.
